About 90% of the people you talk to about your business, will Never join your business or buy your products or services.

They will say “no” and will probably make a hundred of excuses in the process.

If your prospects are constantly telling you they’re not interested, then it’s probably because they don’t see your value.

Your value is the reason why a customer buys from you or the reason why they will join your business. And if you can’t clearly provide any value, then one thing is certain…you can expect your prospect to continue telling you ‘NO’.

How to create and add value for your prospects

Start by answering these important questions about your product:

  • Does your product solve a major pain point or address a specific “hot button” issue (e.g. back pain, credit card debt, difficulty recruiting, sponsoring, making sales, generating leads, etc.?
  • What is the end result of using your solution to solve the hot button issue? (benefit)
  • How has your product solved the same hot button issue for your prospect’s competitors?

Once you have your answers, then your job shifts to becoming a problem solver. Sometimes your product is not the best solution for a particular customer. A good marketer doesn’t approach a sale with the preconceived notion that this customer must want what you’re selling.

Offer some free tips or advice that addresses their issue. If your product or service can resolve your prospects need or pain then find a way to work them into your conversations with prospects.

Be direct and make sure you clearly state the benefits of your product/service. By mentioning these benefits early and often in the sales conversation, you gain the prospect’s interest.

Do it right, and you’ll be rewarded with your prospect’s undivided attention.

Do it wrong, and you’ll continue to hear ‘NO’ and lose out on potentially huge sales.

In my opinion objections are really nothing more than stupid excuses.

Every network marketer at some point while selling his or her product and recruiting others will encounter these common objections.

You have probably even been taught by your company a number of scripts and techniques so you can better handle these excuses or objections.

Most network marketers are taught by their upline or sponsor to use the “feel – felt – found method”.

It goes something like this,

Say, “oh, I understand how you feel. I felt the same way when I got started…but here’s what I found out.

For example:

Objection: “I’m too busy, I don’t have enough time to do this!” 

Response: “I understand how you feel. I felt the same way when I got started. I was teaching full time, and working this business very part time. But that’s not uncommon. We’ve found that most people work this business on very part time hours – working it into your everyday life on your own time! In just about 10-15 hours per week.”

You might have attended conference calls each week so you can learn how your sponsor masterfully counters each excuse or purchased books or courses on answering objections so you can turn the situation around.

If you have, AWESOME! I can totally respect your work ethic and commitment.

But I want to tell you a secret, which no one has probably ever revealed to you…

The best way to handle a prospects common objections is to never have to handle them at all!

Most new home business owners will automatically begin branding* their network marketing company and its products shortly after they sign up.

How to promote the products

Many associates leverage the power of the internet and through their own websites and social media sites like Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus.

Paycation provides a marketing system for their Independent Associates. A marketing system is a must have for any Paycation associate that desires to have a profitable business.

Marketing systems consist of lead capture pages you can use to send your prospects to and  autoresponders (automated follow-up email system).


So how did the Top earners become so successful?

The Top Paycation earners build their businesses totally different than the masses do.

The top earners who are making money in Paycation are great at marketing, both offline and online.

They know how to generate traffic and leads, and then convert those leads into sales, and they know how to recruit the best people into their business.

The teams that seem to be successful are using other lead marketing tools in order to train their group on internet marketing techniques and give them the tools and knowledge to generate their own online leads.

Paycation calls it’s compensation plan the 3D.

It is actually a combined network marketing unilevel and matrix plan.

What is a unilevel plan mean?

This means is you can only recruit people front-line to you. The more people you personally sponsor, the wider your organization grows

You also earn a percentage through a certain number of levels of distributors within your organization. The higher the rank you achieve, the more levels from which you can earn commissions.

NOTE: A network marketing Unilevel Plan is a compensation plan which permits the affiliates to introduce new comers in its front line. There is no restriction for width i.e. a members can sponsor unlimited in width under his/her frontline and compensation distributed up to the limited depth. Further all frontline also efforts to do the same for earn bonuses or compensation.

What is a matrix plan mean?

The Paycation Travel compensation plan also incorporates a forced matrix (3×7) plan tied into various membership levels.

NOTE: A network marketing Matrix Plan also known as ladder Plan or Forced Matrix Plan is a compensation plan in which members which are organized in a particular width and depth are compensated when they achieve a set level. The network marketing company can set structure for members to qualify a particular level that may be 3 in width and 7 in depth. In other words a distributor only can introduce 3 as his front-line and a member can earn compensation up to 7th level. A forced matrix means that anyone who joins under you is placed underneath you in a matrix. You can also get spillover from your upline as they fill up their own matrices.

You must be a qualified Referral Travel Consultant (RTC) or higher to be eligible to earn 65% to 75% of commissions paid to Paycation from their vendors and suppliers for travel booked through your Paycation travel website.

Qualified RTC’s or higher rank are paid “Coded Bonus” commissions on all personally Enrolled active IA’s after your first two – with no limits.

So, beginning with your third personal IA, you will be eligible to earn both the “Personal Sales” commissions AND “Coded Bonus” commissions on RTC’s and CTC’s.

Note: A complete 3X7 Matrix that is filled with everyone in the Matrix paying $59.95 monthly pays out $25,000 monthly.


 Associate Membership Ranks

There are five associate membership ranks within the Paycation compensation plan. Listed below are the criteria to qualify for each:

  • Executive – must have purchased Referral or Certified Travel Consultant affiliate membership and have recruited at least three Referral or Certified Travel Consultant affiliates – recruit at least 6 associates (three or more of which must be Referral Travel Consultants or higher)
  • Regional Executive – enroll 6 associates (at least three of which must be Referral Travel Consultants or higher)
  • National Executive – enroll 10 associates (at least six of which must be Referral Travel Consultants or higher)
  • International Executive – enroll 15 associates (at least three of which must be National Executives in three separate unilevel legs)
  • Presidential Executive – enroll 20 associates (at least three of which must be International Executives in three separate unilevel legs)

WARNING: 95% of Paycation Affiliates FAIL!

Unfortunately the sad truth is, if your looking at Paycation solely for the purpose of the compensation plan and you are an inexperienced marketer without the drive and ambition to make a serious change in your life, Paycation probably isn’t for you.

  • Bonuses. In addition to to the above compensation, SBC has multiple bonus pools that are available on a weekly basis to its distributors.
  • The company provides a turnkey marketing system but at an extra cost. Two options:  (Monthly$19.95 +$9.95 for the first month) or (Quarterly $59.95+no set up fee).

The Cons

  • Target audience is limited to those seeking to travel.
  • Requires $59.95 monthly fee in order remain active as associate and participate in the compensation plan.
  • Most of the commissions don’t kick in unless you recruit someone into the company and the residual is tied into themselves bringing people. Comp plan that will require heavy recruiting and building large teams to sustain and maximize income potential.
  • Matrix compensation plans can create what is addressed as “spill over, ” which is dependent on the work of those above you (i.e. your upline). This can potentially attract  passive – or “lazy” – distributors that will make no effort to generate their business, but instead will simply wait to profit from the work associated from others.
  • Additional cost: annual $40.00 renewal fee for RTC’s and CTC’s.

ARE THERE ANY CONCERNS OR RED FLAGS ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?

Is the Paycation Travel business opportunity right for YOU?

If you are interested in travel products then Paycation may be a good fit for you!

paycationTo join Paycation and become an associate you have two options:

1) Become a Referral Travel Consultant (RTC) for $99.95 and $59.95 monthly, or

2) Become a Certified Travel Consultant (CTA), you have to pay $149.95 and $59.95 monthly for the travel membership.

 

NOTE: Another option, not widely discussed or emphasized in Paycation travel presentations is to join as an Independent Associate (IA), Travel Club Member, for $40.00 and a $29.95 monthly fee. This includes Travel Club Membership (IA’s earn on personal sales and are eligible to qualify for the Paycation Residual Commission Program).

This package also comes with your own Travel Club website and back office to track your organizational growth and commissions. IA’s if qualified earn in the Paycation Commission program and on personal sales to customers.

This allows you to earn personal sales on each Travel Club sold to a customer and the sale of a Referral Travel Consultant Package.


The Bottom Line

In conclusion, you are doing a good thing researching Paycation Travel reviews.

Make sure you get to know as much about the company as you can before making a decision.

But also understand that if you are new to the direct sales and network marketing industry that your success will come from your ability to generate continuous leads in order to make sales.

I am not a fan of compensation plans with a matrix design, however Paycation seems to have a balanced compensation plan that balances out recruitment with a strong sales commission.

you-decideIn my opinion Paycation is just like any other direct sales and network marketing company.

If you are interested in the travel industry then this company is certainly a business opportunity worth looking into.

If not,  find an industry you are passionate about, that is expanding and innovative and be willing to plug in, be a student and apply those teachings to your business and your team’s success. Success in network marketing is not a huge mystery.

It is just a matter of correct education, proper skills and effective action.
