How To You Grow Your Business During The Holiday Season

This is the season of giving right?

So start giving!

Give people your products or service as a gift!

Can you think of any better way to promote your products and business than to get them into the hands of as many people possible during the holiday season?

So instead of going out and purchasing a gift from Walmart or the mall, just give away free samples of your business product.

Here’s what you do. Make a holiday gift list. Then pick a product for each person on the list to give away as a gift.

NOTE: Take your list of contacts and make a list of all the people you need to give a gift to i.e. family, friends, co-workers, referral sources, and/or your loyal customers. This is your A list. Your B list can be people everyday contacts that provide you a service for example, mail person, Realtor, hair/nail person, housekeeper, babysitter, teacher, coaches). Remember–It doesn’t have to be the expensive stuff. It’s all about exposure/promoting your business!

When people use your products and like they like them then you can expect them to talk about. And they will talk about it!

They may even re-order, recommend them to other people, and some may even inquire about joining your team in the New Year!

Remember – now is the perfect time of year to share, as people are already thinking of their New Years Resolutions to: Earn more money, get out of debt, start a business or get fit.

Shaffer is the founder of Three Birds Nest Designs, online retail business that sells handmade accessories for women.

She earns $65,000 a month from selling handmade headbands, socks and scarves on Etsy.

She is the one of the most successful sellers on Etsy, an online marketplace.

She has no background in fashion but has worked with leather for years.

Three Birds Nest Design is Shaffer’s third business. Her first business was a baby product line and the second was a brick-and-mortar store — both ended and she and her family found themselves in debt.

In the beginning, this was out of necessity, I needed to make money to pay for financial loss that we had had, I didn’t want to lose our house, and I have three kids I needed to provide for.” Says Alicia Shaffer

Shaffer’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to Etsy and says she saw it as a chance to try again, and not make the same mistakes she made in her other businesses.

In the three years since its launch, it has made 100,000 sales on Etsy alone.

  • Images
  • Shapes images are in
  • Blog content layout
  • Static page layout

  • And so on…

Step 2 – Establishing A Niche

Not every website has to focus on network marketing and selling people stuff.

You can actually talk about what ever you are passionate about.

Some people like technology, politics, health and wellness, real estate, sports and some like me like to focus on helping people with getting out of debt and building wealth through blogging, marketing and generating leads.

Either way, getting niche specific is a great way to brand yourself as an expert or, somewhat trusted authority on a particular subject matter.

Not too mention, the narrower the subject field is, the better qualified the traffic you will receive too.

Step 3- Social Network Branding

Sharing  your blog posts, videos and images in social media networks is a perfect internet network marketing strategy.

But, when it comes to your social media presence, it should reflect what they will see on the click through from shared content.

Make your profile should match your message.

From the personal things you share, to the things you like and share yourselves.

And, a good tagline never hurt, but use the same one you use on your website.

Don’t be afraid to be you on social media, your brand is who you are in real life.

Most new home business owners will automatically begin branding* their network marketing company and its products shortly after they sign up.

By creating your own personal brand online people will essentially be attracted to you and they will be interested in what you have to say.

By branding yourself and attracting leads to you and not your company these leads remain yours. This is one of the most powerful reasons to brand YOU and not your company.

As you get more leads you can then create a list of followers. You own the list and can use your list in any way that you choose. You are in control. You can use your list to introduce your followers to your primary network marketing company, you can share products or services with them, build relationships, or use your list in any other way that you see fit. You can create multiple streams of income whether people join your primary business or not!

By branding yourself online, you can set yourself apart and provide value to people. Earn the trust of others and build relationships. That is the real key to finding people to show your products or opportunity.

Remember, network marketing has always been and always will be about building long lasting, quality relationships.
