Well if you’re reading this Exitus Elite review then there’s a good chance you are conducting your due diligence because you have an interest in the Exitus Elite products or the business opportunity.

If that is the case, just keep reading because in this post I am going to share my unbiased Exitus Elite Business Opportunity Review.

I will attempt to provide enough factual information about the Company, Product(s), and Compensation plan for you to be able to make an informed decision BEFORE you join.

The Exitus Elite product line is called “Genesis Educational Library” and they offer three educational products to choose from – Genesis Basics, Genesis Advanced and Genesis Elite.

The topics covered are primarily Marketing, Health and Wellness, and Personal and Professional Development.

All of the their products are in either MP3 Audio or MP4 Video format but they also have a few handouts that are e-books in PDF format.

Basics – Included with membership fee

The Basics section is designed to teach you the very basics of internet marketing and begin you on the journey to achieving a full-time income online. As your skills develop and you start to need further education you can then purchase the optional Genesis Library-Advanced.

Exitus Elite members are taught a variety of internet marketing strategies by the company. So most members promote their products through social media and use of the internet.

The Compensation Plan

The Exitus Elite compensation plan is actually a network marketing one up compensation plan.

NOTE: A network marketing One Up Compensation Plan is a compensation plan in which an affiliate member must pass up the first person they refer to their sponsor. The person passed up is their qualifying referral. Example: Members A, B, and C sign up. A signs up under the admin. B signs up under A and is passed up to the admin. B becomes A’s qualifying referral. C signs up under A and becomes A’s first leg in their downline. The first person that C signs up will then be passed up to A. It is a popular plan among affiliate marketing companies selling digital products.

You must make one Qualification Sale to be eligible to earn and receive commissions with the Exitus Elite Compensation Plan.

Every additional direct sale that you make from that point forward starts an additional payline for you.

So Can I Make Money With This Opportunity?

YES and NO!

I say Yes if you can effectively recruit others into the company and persuade them to invest $1000.

I say No because the majority of network marketers never recruit anyone.

The industry average is actually 1.5, so what does that tell you?

Chances are you will not even make your money back.

Possibly.

Here is why….the main concern I have is the way members get paid.

Currently, payments are made member to member with your own merchant account i.e. PayPal, Western Union, etc.

Most people use PayPal to accept their payments and PayPal really hates these kinds of transactions.

I wonder how long it will be before they step in and stop it or even worse the FTC and eventually the SEC get involved.

For example, last year Traffic Monsoon was shut down by the SEC for something very similar.

They were using PayPal to take in and payout all funds.

Exitus Elite is not exactly using PayPal that way but their pay out plan closely resembles cash gifting program which is ILLEGAL.

Cash gifting is when you give cash “gifts” (or make payments directly to someone else) and money is made based on recruitment of others and there is no exchange of a product or service.

Can you as a participant in a cash gifting program be held legally responsible?

Yes you can.

One example occurred in 2002 and 2003 in Sacramento.

The program was a gifting club called Women Helping Women.

All the members signed documents acknowledging the gifting rules and that they would not sue anyone involved.

Not only were the program managers arrested but a total of 20 women who were top earners were as well. Each pled guilty to avoid prison and were sentenced to significant public service and fines up to $150,000.

If you get involved with a cash gifting program you will either lose your money or make money and be in jeopardy of being legally responsible for those that did loose money.

By the way I could not find any info suggesting that Exitus Elite was a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) or an Accredited Business.

Here is what I did find…

The Registered Agent on file for this company is Csc Services Of Nevada, Inc. and is located at 2215-B Renaissance Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89119.

The company has 4 principals on record. The principals are Gurdeep Singh from Laguna Hills CA, John Ellison from Laguna Hills CA, Lee Fitzpatrick from Laguna Hills CA, and Robert Fitzpatrick from Laguna Hills CA.

Is the Exitus Elite business opportunity right for YOU?

The Sad TRUTH

99% of Exitus Elite Members will LOSE Money!

Unfortunately if your looking at Exitus Elite solely for the purpose of the compensation plan and you are an inexperienced marketer without a huge following, this business opportunity probably isn’t for you.

I’m assuming that we haven’t personally met yet and that I haven’t gotten to know you.

So, I’m going to be pretty blunt here.

If you expect to sign up and instantly start to make money without a lead marketing system, let me be the first to tell you … YOU WILL FAIL!!!

The average person in this industry only recruits 1.5 people…So you if you can’t at least recruit one person for $1000, you’re doomed from the start.

Your success or FAILURE as an affiliate will ultimately be determined by how many people you can recruit directly under you or to your team.

There is a much better way to make money online without the pressure of recruiting others or chasing friends and family

My Final Thoughts…

If you do a search on Google for this company and products, you will find some negative websites, blogs and customer comments, but that is typical for any business. How the company handles the complaints is key.

You should always make sure you get to know as much about the company as you can before making a decision.

So continue to read as many Exitus Elite reviews as you possibly can while researching this company.

Please understand that if you are new to affiliate marketing, the direct sales or and network marketing industry that your success will come from your ability to generate continuous leads in order to make sales.

In my opinion the company needs a little more fine tuning in terms of the compensation plan.

My primary concern is the member to member payment that occurs for their Genesis Elite product and access to the affiliate compensation plan may get them in trouble.

Also there are several companies offering Top Tier programs but most offer lower cost front end products and sell the high end “big ticket” products on the back end.

As long as the company has a front end offer at $1000 it is only a matter of time before it loses momentum and top affiliates move on to the next big pay day program.

It pays to infinite downline. That means that a member will be paid by downline, even if the downline are 15 level deep in your structure. It is the most popular plan among network marketing companies, network marketers, part-timers and members who want to earn through network marketing business.

You must be both Active and Qualified Independent Business Owner (IBO) to be eligible to earn and receive commissions (i.e.Retail, Fast Start, Binary Pay Bonuses) with the TLC Compensation Plan.

How TLC defines an active & qualified IBO (distributor):

1) Active – Must generate 40 personal Qualifying Volume (QV) order on the monthly anniversary of the previous order.

This will vary from 28 – 31 days depending on the month. A 40 PQV monthly autoship will satisfy this requirement. *All bonuses in the Total Life Changes compensation plan require reps to be ACTIVE .

2) Qualified – A minimum qualification of 40 QV qualifies you to earn commissions from the retail, fast start and binary pay bonuses. For higher ranks there is an 80 QV or 120 QV requirement within the Total Life Changes compensation plan.

Membership Ranks

There are 9 different ranks within the Total Life Changes compensation plan. Listed below are the criteria to qualify for each:

Affiliate – [Starting Level] must be Active with 40 PV.
Associate – must be Active with 40PV & Binary Qualified.
Director – must be Active with 80 PV, Binary Qualified and 1,000 PLV.
Executive Director – must be Active with 80 PV, Binary Qualified and 5,000 PLV.

Ambassador – must be Active with 120 PV, Binary Qualified, 4 active Executive Directors* (2 on each leg), at least 1 personally sponsored Global Director in a previous commission week and 100,000 PLV.
Executive Ambassador – must be Active with 120 PV, Binary Qualified, 8 active Executive Directors* (4 on each leg), at least 1 personally sponsored Ambassador in a previous commission week and 250,000 PLV..

ARE THERE ANY CONCERNS OR RED FLAGS ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?

Yes…possibly, unfortunately I do have some concerns with this company.

Here is why….

Total Life Changes is also NOT a Better Business Bureau (BBB) Accredited Business.

Their BBB file opened 02/20/2015. At the time of this post there were 201 complaints closed with BBB in last 3 years and 83 closed in last 12 months.

The majority of the issues fall into the Problems with Product/Service (113) and Delivery issues (63).

At the time of this post, their current BBB rating is:

I have researched a lot of companies that sell what I believe are legitimate products however this is the first company I have seen that has been in business this long rated an “F” by the BBB. In fairness it seems majority of these complaints were last year (2015).

However there is one for 2016.

This has caused a very high call volume to our Customer Call Center resulting in long wait times and busy signals and a backlog of emails requiring responses. The Cons

Customer service department seems to have some issues.
Requires that you to be Binary Qualified meaning you must have two Active personally sponsored IBOS (1 in each leg) before you are eligible to receive commissions from your downline (team activity).
Production based comp plan that will require heavy recruiting and building large teams to sustain and maximize income potential.
Must be a Director to be eligible for Match Pay bonus and National Director rank or higher to be eligible to receive additional Bonus “commissions” ie. Lifestyle Bonus.
Hierarchical requirements make the higher ranks exceptionally harder to achieve, including those ranks that are most likely to produce a comfortable living income.

If you are interested in promoting/selling personal care and nutritional products then TLC may be a good fit for you!

How do I join TLC?

There is no membership fee required to join TLC and become an IBO. However, at a minimum you must purchase a product for $35.*

*Once you’re registered as a independent business owner you will be assigned a rep ID number, receive a business starter kit, and a company replicated website so you can start building your business.

The Sad TRUTH

95% of Total Life Changes Distributors FAIL!

Unfortunately if your looking at TLC solely for the purpose of the compensation plan and you are an inexperienced marketer without the drive and ambition to make a serious change in your life, TLC probably isn’t for you.

I’m assuming that we haven’t personally met yet and that I haven’t gotten to know you.

So, I’m going to be pretty blunt here. If you expect to sign up and instantly start to make money without a lead marketing system, let me be the first to tell you … YOU WILL FAIL!!!

Yes, your success or FAILURE as an Distributor will ultimately be determined by how many people you can attract to you and your team.

Without understanding Attraction Marketing principles, you will always be at a serious disadvantage. If you want the best chance at success in your TLC business, you need to learn and understand how to apply Attraction Marketing principles.

By using attraction marketing, learning a few marketing skills, and leveraging the power of the internet, you can succeed where the other 95% fail.

My Final Thoughts…

In my opinion Total Life Changes is a stable and established direct sales and network marketing company.

My primary concern is their product delivery and customer service issues they seem to have.

Unleashed was a Three Day event held April 22-24 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center located in Nashville, Tennessee.

There were approximately 1500 Empower Network affiliates that attended the event. There were several hundred that attended Saturday’s webcast (live stream).

William White, David Wood’s brother,co-hosted the event. He is a life coach and certified Hypnotist.

There are probably not many unbiased or honest websites out there that will tell you what Motor Club of America (MCA) is really all about and whether or not it’s a good business to join if you want to make money.

What is this Motor Club Of America review all about?

In this review I will shed some light on the MCA Business Opportunity and tell you why I personally will not recommend this business to someone who really wants to generate income on the Internet or from home.

So if it’s important to understand how the MCA business opportunity works and what it might mean for you then keep reading!

This is an unbiased Motor Club of America Business Opportunity Review. I will attempt to provide enough factual information about the Company, Product(s), and Compensation plan for you to be able to make an informed decision.

I want to make it perfectly clear from the start that there is no official website for the service side of Motor Club of America .

There are many TVC Matrix associates with websites that have been designed to appear like they are the official Motor Club of America website including:

There isn’t an about page or any company history listed on the TVC Matrix (marketing site) either.

NOTE: DO NOT confuse National Motor Club of America as MCA. They are two totally separate companies.

What I did find, several websites and information materials that claim,

Motor Club of America was founded in 1926 by three brothers in New Jersey. Currently based out of Oklahoma City, OK with 6 offices statewide and have over 250 employees to serve its clients.

What Are the MCA Products?

Motor Club of America is a membership program that offers emergency roadside assistance and other benefits including trip planning travel discounts, bail bonds, lawyer fees, stolen vehicle reward, travel assistance reimbursement, credit card protection, farm equipment reward, prescription dental and vision discounts, travel assistance program, emergency room benefit, daily hospital benefit to replace your income, and accidental death benefits.

Motor Club of America membership levels on the TVC Matrix website have five membership plans:

MCA Security Price: $9.95
MCA Security Plus Price: $14.95
MCA Total Security Price: $19.95
MCA Total Security Gold Price: $29.99
MCA Total Security Platinum Price: $39.99

I have also listed some other plans from their website but I am not sure how these additional plans earn you commissions.

Pro-Driver 4885 Plan Price: $48.85
Pro-Driver Green Plus Price: $31.90

If someone wants to purchase a MCA plan, they will have to also must pay the first and last months fee upfront.

For example, if someone purchases the Total Security Platinum package for $39.99.

They will pay a total of $79.98 (2x$39.99), then $39.99 monthly.

The Compensation Plan

The MCA bonus compensation plan is actually a 3×8 network marketing forced matrix plan.

NOTE: A network marketing Matrix Plan also known as ladder Plan or Forced Matrix Plan in Multi-level marketing companies which is similar to pyramid shape. Members which are organized in a particular width and depth are compensated when they achieve a set level. The MLM Company can set structure for members to qualify a particular level that may be 3 in width and 8 in depth. In other words a distributor only can introduce 3 as his front-line and a member can earn compensation up to 8th level.

You must be a Platinum member to be eligible to earn and receive commissions on your downline.

You can earn commissions two ways with MCA

Personal Selling

Retail commissions are paid out weekly on the sale of MCA Total Security membership packages that MCA referral associates make.

If you sell any Total Security Plan to a person you will make a $79.90 ($80 rounded up) commission.

Team Selling

MCA associates will earn an additional residual income stream from their downline through MCA’s 3×8 forced matrix compensation program.

Additionally, you earn $6 for each member recruited by your own personal downline and 66 cents for each member in your entire downline.

Insurance Bonus

MCA associates also earn an extra bonus for seeing additional memberships each month.

$100 – 45 Memberships per Month – Average 11.25 Memberships per Week
$213 – 65 Memberships per Month – Average 16.25 Memberships per Week
$380 – 85 Memberships per Month – Average 21.25 Memberships per Week

ARE THERE ANY CONCERNS OR RED FLAGS ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?

Yes, unfortunately I do have some concerns about this business opportunity.

Concern #1: I am concerned about the lack of transparency of this company.

For example there are claims that the company has been around since 1926.

However, all I have been able to find is in the State of Oklahoma Records.

There isn’t a company registered to do business in Oklahoma under the name TVC Matrix or MCA, according to the Oklahoma Secretary of State records.

FACT: And according to New Hampshire records, Motor Club of America is a registered insurance company as Motor Club of America Enterprises, Inc. and is located at 3200 W. Wilshire Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73116

A search of corporate records says Motor Club of America Enterprises, Inc. is originally a Delaware corporation that was formed in 1973, not 1926.

Concern #2: My other main concern is how MCA it is being promoted.

The websites that look like they are the official Motor Club of America sites are created by other promoters of the MCA business opportunity.

There are a number of associates making false claims or posting pictures holding large amounts of money.

They are making videos on YouTube doing the same thing.

These actions are what get companies investigated by the FTC and eventually shut down.

At this time there are no major concerns or major issues at the BBB. Motor Club of America is NOT a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Accredited Business.

At the time of this post there were 47 complaints closed with BBB in last 3 years and 8 closed in last 12 months.

The majority of the complaints (28) were Problems with the Products/Services, (10) Advertising/Sales Issues and (8) Billing/Collections issues.

Is the MCA business opportunity right for YOU?

Since this is a comprehensive (MCA) Motor Club of America Business Opportunity review I have listed the pros as well as the cons below:

The Pros

Upfront commissionable income on membership sales.
Residual income opportunity on membership benefit packages.
Multiple ways to get paid through Personal Selling or Team Building.
Not required to purchase any of the memberships to sell the products.

The Cons

Lack of transparency by the company.
You get a charge back if your downline doesn’t fulfill their 17 months and cancel their subscription which means you get charged for it
Production based comp plan that will require heavy recruiting and building large teams to sustain and maximize income potential.
False income claims are constantly made by MCA representatives without an income disclosure which is against FTC guidelines.
Limited to USA & Canada only

How Do I Join MCA?

There is no cost to join MCA and become an associate or referral agent. However to earn commissions and get paid you must at a minimum purchase the Total Security Member Benefits package for $19.95 at sign up.

Once you’re registered you can start building your MCA business.

WARNING: Less than: 2% of MCA Reps will Make Money!

Its a statistical fact that an overwhelming majority of MCA will lose money and never achieve the financial freedom they dream about.

How many we may never really know because Motor Club of America has not published an income disclosure statement.

What we do know is that most MCA associates will never achieve financial freedom or the level of success they desire.

Hard work and dedication will only get you so far. That is only one part of the strategy for success.

The other part that is not often discussed is having the right mindset, training and marketing tools in place – preferably before you join or shortly thereafter!

Quite frankly, if you are new to direct sales or an inexperienced marketer chances are you will become frustrated and quit 90-120 days after joining unless you take the time to invest in and develop the necessary marketing skills you need to avoid becoming a failure statistic.

Not investing in the proper marketing training and marketing tools is why most MCA associates don’t see results and ultimately fail!

If you do not have the money to invest in your personal education in order to develop the skills necessary you are already in trouble.

Yes, being your own boss sounds great until you realize how much work and additional money it really takes to be successful. Please don’t be a fool. Network marketing is a lot of hard work! But if you are willing to labor in the vine yard consistently for 3-5 years the rewards and the benefits are incredible!

So Can I Make Money With MCA?

Yes, as with any network marketing or referral business opportunity you can make money with MCA.

There are plenty of people that have made anywhere from a few hundred dollars to thousands. How much money will be totally up to YOU!

Most people that have made money with MCA are experienced internet or network marketers that understand how to quality drive traffic to their MCA business opportunity site.

The challenge with MCA and any other network marketing opportunity for that matter is that simply joining MCA will not automatically make you money or successful.

At the end of the day, your success will depend on your ability to generate an endless flow of high quality leads.

My Final Thoughts…

You should always make sure you get to know as much about the company as you can before making a decision.

So continue to read as many MCA reviews as you possibly can while researching this company.

If you do a search on Google for this company and products, you will find some negative websites, blogs and consumer comments, but that is typical for any business. How the company handles the complaints is key.

Although there are people that seem to be making money, I really can’t recommend MCA to you if you are someone that is looking to make money online especially if you are a complete beginner.

I have some REAL concerns about the future of this company and some of the poor marketing practices a lot of the MCA reps are using to promote the MCA opportunity.

The Compensation Plan

The Team Beachbody compensation plan is actually a network marketing binary plan.

You must be both Active to be eligible to earn and receive commissions.

How Team Beachbody defines an active coach:

Active – A coach achieves Active Status by (a) accumulating and maintaining a total of 50 or greater Personal Volume (PV) within the Bonus Qualification Period; (b) accumulating and maintaining 50 or greater PV within the Bonus Qualification Period from your personal Home Direct orders; or (c) becoming a new Coach by directly responding to the Beachbody Coach Business Opportunity offer for the initial Bonus Qualification Period (i.e., solely for the new Coach’s first 35 days).

The two primary ways to earn money within the Team Beachbody compensation plan are selling: 1) BeachBody products and 2) Team Beachbody membership subscriptions.

Personal Selling

Retail commissions are paid out weekly on the sale of BeachBody products to retail customers.

The commission pay out is 25 percent of the retail sales price of the product and coaches earn a 15 percent commission on products they sell to personally enrolled Team Beachbody Club Members

Any Challenge Packs sold to retail customers attract the following once-off bonuses:

Coaches will earn a 40 percent commission on the sales and renewals of new Team Beachbody Club memberships.

NOTE: Coaches with customers who have enrolled in the Team Beachbody Club prior to March 11, 2015 will continue to earn a 50 percent commission on those enrollments for the duration of the customer’s paid club subscription.

Also Note that Team BeachBody membership is not affiliate membership, but rather a community within the BeachBody customer-base.

These Club membership commissions are paid weekly.

There are eighteen membership ranks within the Team BeachBody compensation plan, 15 of which are Diamond Star ranks. Listed below are the criteria to qualify for each:
