Jeunesse provides a line of personal care and nutrition products.

The company claims Y.E.S. was carefully developed to combine powerful benefits into a synergistic system of skincare and supplements you won’t find elsewhere.

Jeunesses’ product line is broken down into three areas: Personal Care, Nutrition and Innovation.

How to promote the products

Jeunesse distributors are taught Warm Market Prospecting techniques by the company.

Shortly after joining, their upline or sponsor will probably tell them to make a list of all the people they know, including family, friends, co-workers and business associates then introduce them to the business model right away.

Some distributors also promote their products through social media and use of the internet.

The problem that most Jeunesse distributors are facing is that after they go through their family and friends they run out of people to speak to about the business.

Unfortunately this will not be enough to get you on the leader boards and into the Director levels of the compensation plan where the real money is at.

Any Jeunesse distributor that desires to have a profitable business should have a complete online marketing system.

Online marketing systems consist of websites, blogs or lead capture pages you can use to send your prospects to for more information and autoresponders (automated follow-up email system) to maintain contact with potential clients.

The Compensation Plan

Can you make money with this business opportunity? Of course! Anything is possible in network marketing. Jeunesse calls it’s compensation plan the Financial Rewards Plan.

It is actually a network marketing binary plan.

NOTE: A network marketing Binary Plan is a compensation plan in which distributors are placed in a binary (two legged) tree structure, or a left and a right subtree in the organization. It pays to infinite downline. That means that a member will be paid by downline, even if the downline are 15 level deep in your structure. It is the most popular plan among network marketing companies, network marketers, part-timers and members who want to earn through network marketing business.

You must be both Active and Qualified Distributor to be eligible to earn and receive commissions (i.e.Team Commissions, Leadership Matching Bonuses, and Diamond Bonus Pool income) with the Jeunesse Compensation Plan.

How Jeunesse defines a active and qualified distributor:

1) Active – Must generate 60 Personal Volume (PV) points (between $85 & $150 worth of product) during your Autoship Month.
2) Qualified – Must personally enrolled 2 Distributors (1 in each team) who have each generated 100 PV in one month within one year of joining.

Membership Ranks

There are 15 different ranks within the Jeunesse Financial Rewards compensation plan. Listed below are the criteria to qualify for each:

Executive Levels

  • Associate – [Starting Level] must have purchased Referral or Certified Travel Consultant affiliate membership and have recruited at least three Referral or Certified Travel Consultant affiliates – recruit at least 6 associates (three or more of which must be Referral Travel Consultants or higher)
  • Distributor – must have purchased a mandatory Starter Kit and accumulated 100 PV within a 30-day period within one year of purchasing your Starter Kit.
  • Executive – must first become a Distributor, and then have personally enrolled 2 Distributors (1 in each team) who have each generated 100 PV in one month within one year of joining
  • Jade Executive – must be a Qualified Executive with 4 personally enrolled Executives (minimum of 1 in each team) or 8 personally enrolled Distributors (minimum of 3 in each team) who have each generated 100 PV in one month. Earn $35 Team Commissions
  • Pearl Executive – must be a Qualified Executive with 8 personally enrolled Executives (minimum of 2 in each team) or 12 personally enrolled Distributors (minimum of 3 in each team) who have each generated 100 PV in one month.
  • Sapphire Executive – must be a Qualified Executive with 12 personally enrolled
    Executives (minimum of 3 in each team) who have each generated 100 PV in one month.
  • Sapphire Elite – must be a Qualified Sapphire Executive and have earned 100
    Team Commissions in the preceding month

Director Levels

  • Ruby Director – must be a Qualified Sapphire Executive with at least two different Qualified Sapphire legs** and have earned 200 Team Commissions in the preceding month
  • Emerald Director – must be a Qualified Sapphire Executive with at least four different Qualified Sapphire legs** and have earned 500 Team Commissions in the preceding month.
  • Diamond Director – must be a Qualified Sapphire Executive with at least six different Qualified Sapphire legs** and have earned 1000 Team Commissions in the preceding month.
  • Double Diamond Director – must be a Qualified Diamond Director with at least two different Qualified Sapphire legs** and have earned 1500 Team Commissions in the preceding month.
  • Triple Diamond Director – must be a Qualified Diamond Director with at least 4 different diamond Legs and have accumulated 2,000,000 CV in Personal Group Volume in one calendar month. You must maintain this rank for two consecutive months. No more than 500,000 CV from any line of sponsorship counts towards the total 2,000,000 CV. You must also have 10,000 Distributors with successful Autoship from the qualifying Distributors’ Personal Group.
  • Presidential Diamond Director – must be a Qualified Diamond Director with at least 6 different Diamond Legs and have accumulated 3,000,000 CV in Personal Group Volume in one calendar month. You must maintain this rank for three consecutive months. No more than 500,000 CV from any line of sponsorship counts towards the total 3,000,000 CV. You
    must also have 15,000 Distributors with successful Autoship from the qualifying Distributors’ Personal Group.
  • Imperial Diamond Director – must be a Qualified Diamond Director with at least 8 different
    Diamond Legs and have accumulated 4,000,000 CV in Personal Group Volume in one calendar month. You must maintain this rank for four consecutive months. No more than 500,000 CV from any line of sponsorship counts towards the total 4,000,000 CV. You must also have 20,000 Distributors with successful Autoship from the qualifying Distributors’ Personal Group.
  • Crowne Diamond Director – must be a Qualified Diamond Director with at least 10 different
    Diamond Legs and have accumulated 5,000,000 CV in Personal Group Volume in one calendar month. You must maintain all ten legs for six consecutive months. No more than 500,000 CV from any line of sponsorship counts towards the total 5,000,000 CV. You must also have 25,000 Distributors with successful Autoship from the qualifying Distributors’ Personal Group.

**A ‘Sapphire leg’ is defined as a personally sponsored Member that has one Qualified Sapphire within their personal group. Only one Qualified Sapphire per leg counts to define a Sapphire leg. Multiple Qualified Sapphires within a leg do not count as multiple Sapphire legs.

ARE THERE ANY CONCERNS OR RED FLAGS ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?

  • Residual income opportunity on product reorders (autoship) paid out weekly.
  • Six different ways you can get paid, Retail Profit, New 1st Order Bonus, Team Commission, Leadership Matching Bonus, Customer Acquisition Incentive & Diamond Bonus Pool.
  • You can begin earning Retail Profits, Preferred Customer Bonuses, and New First Order Bonuses immediately upon the purchase of the mandatory $49.95 Starter Kit.
  • Stability-the company has been around for six years.
  • International business opportunity available in many countries outside the U.S.
  • Bonuses and Awards. Lifestyle Rewards Program. In addition to to the above compensation, Jeunesse has multiple bonus opportunities and recognition programs available to its distributors.
  • Flexibility to place place people in your organization.

Jeunesse announced a record for monthly sales revenue in June 2015, with a grand total of $120 million in global sales. More than 116,000 new distributors started a Jeunesse business that same month.

 The Cons

  • Products are somewhat pricey.
  • Requires that you have  a total of 900 Commissionable Volume (CV), generated with at least 300 CV from one team and 600 CV before eligible to receive commissions from your downline (team activity).
  • Production based comp plan that will require heavy recruiting and building large teams to sustain and maximize income potential.
  • Must be Jade Executive rank or higher to be eligible to receive additional Bonus “commissions”.
  • Hierarchical requirements make the higher ranks exceptionally harder to achieve, including those ranks that are most likely to produce a comfortable living income.
  • Annual Renewal fee of $19.95. However, if you maintain 360 CV from Autoship orders during the year, the Annual Renewal fee is waived.

If you expect to sign up and instantly start to make money without a lead marketing system, let me be the first to tell you … YOU WILL FAIL!!!

Yes, your success or FAILURE as an Distributor will ultimately be determined by how many people you can attract to you and your team.

My Final Thoughts…

If you do a search on Google for this company and products, you will find some  negative websites, blogs and consumer comments, but that is typical for any business.

How the company handles the complaints is key.

You should always make sure you get to know as much about the company as you can before making a decision.

So continue to read as many Jeunesse reviews as you possibly can while  researching this company.

Please understand that if you are new to the direct sales and network marketing industry that your success will come from your ability to generate continuous leads in order to make sales.

Remember, success in network marketing is not a huge mystery. It is just a matter of correct education, proper skills and effective action.

They are international and forecast this year to become one of the few direct sales companies cross the billion dollar sales mark.

One significant milestone that could push Jeunesse closer to that $1 billion goal is its March acquisition of nutritional products direct seller MonaVie and its health and fitness brand, myntTM.
