DubLi is not a debt free company. It has incurred losses since the inception of their operations.

We recorded a net loss of $27.4 million for the year ended September 30, 2012, an increase of $23.3 million over the prior year, which was mainly due to transactional losses sustained in the auctions program, impairment of prepaid customer acquisition costs and land impairment charge on the Cayman Islands land parcel. 4. How Do I Join?

DubLI offers three (Free, Premium, and VIP) membership packages or tiers. In addition to cash back benefits, a DubLi membership also offers coupons and discounts.

FREE – Anyone can shop once they complete the free registration. Free members receive Cashback monthly from all eligible purchases in the Mall and travel portal (according to the percentages or amounts displayed next to the merchant name) and Free members can also access DubLi Entertainment.

Note: The consumer has the option to upgrade from the free version (which usually returns 1-2%) to the premium, where cash-back percentages surge to 7-12%.

PREMIUM – Members receive a 4% bonus on all eligible Mall purchases paid after 12 consecutive months of Premium Membership. They also have the option of saving playlists in DubLi Entertainment. Once a Premium Member is active for 90 consecutive days, he becomes eligible to apply for the DubLi Prepaid Debit Card.

Free to join, premium membership cost $4.95 per month and V.I.P. COST $99.00 per year

Note: In order to become eligible for the additional 6% monthly Cashback, members must subscribe to the V.I.P. Membership. For an additional 4% extra monthly Cashback, customers must subscribe to the Premium Membership for a minimum term of 12 months. All other Terms and Conditions relevant to DubLi and to the specific merchant offer still have to be met.

6. What is the DubLi Network?

DubLi Network is the “world’s largest e-commerce network marketing company.”

7. How Do I Join The DubLi Network?

To become a Business Associate you are required to purchase a Business Package (includes a Business License ($99).

The Business Package is a one time purchase and there is no annual renewal fee. After registration you are qualified to earn commissions and will receive complete access to the DubLi Network back office.

BA’s are charged $49.50 per month starting on month two. This covers back office maintenance. For US residents, the fee is $39 per month, starting on the 13th month.
